Closed Beta Test
About
In preparation for the release of the upcoming VTuber RPG fangame, THE VTUBER SUMMIT, a Closed Beta Test will be conducted to test the game’s performance and determine fixes and adjustments based on player feedback.
Please note that the build for the Closed Beta Test represents a game still in development. While the build aims to be playable, it is by no means guaranteed to be completely stable for all devices.
To enter the Closed Beta Test, sign up by clicking the button below after reading the Overview and Tester Agreement.
Overview
Application Period

Beginning February 16, 2023 9:00PM
until March 24, 2023 11:59PM.
Applicant Requirements
To be considered for participation, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Applicants must able to communicate in fluent/conversational English.
- Applicants meet the minimum system requirements stated in order to run the game.
- Applicants must have a dedicated Discord account in order to provide feedback.
Once you fill out the form, you will receive a confirmation email upon registration, indicating your application was received. Please carefully ensure that your details are correct before submitting.
A limited number of applicants will be selected at random after the application period is closed.
Please note that we won’t be able to respond to every inquiry regarding the Closed Beta test.
Selection announcements will be posted on THE VTUBER SUMMIT Twitter account on a later date, closer to the Testing Period.

Content included in the Closed Beta Test
The Main Campaign
- Chapters 1-5 of the story will be included.
- 50 gauntlet VTubers available to battle, as well as VTubers encompassed in areas such as Overlay Portals or secret boss rooms.
- In addition, Followers (party members) from Chapters 1-4 will be unlockable through normal play.
- Dedicated save files to access each chapter for faster testing purposes.
Miscellaneous
- Access to all 4 difficulty modes (Breezy, Normal, Difficult, ???) after clearing Chapter 1.
- Access to TP styles, allowing you to earn more Technical Points based on your style of play, after clearing Chapter 1.
- Access to the Level Cap medallion, which caps the party’s level in battle, after clearing Chapter 2.
- Overlay Portals, allowing you to unlock additional Summons that can be used in the game.
- Some side quests, that when completed, will earn you Aptitude Points and Bits which can be used to unlock skills and purchase items/equipment.
Please note the following:
- The game will only be available in English language.
- You may use a gamepad or your keyboard to test the game. Testing with both is encouraged.
- Save files created during the testing period cannot be carried over to the final build of the game.
- While feedback will be taken into account, please note that we won’t be able to accommodate for every request.
Tester Agreement
It’s a necessary evil, but…
Applicants who are selected to participate in the Closed Beta Test are to agree to the following:
- No rats. Please do not share or redistribute any or all of the contents of the build provided to you.
- Your own registration, whether you are selected or not to test, cannot be transferred or shared with other individuals or entities. This includes sharing links to joining the Closed Beta Group.
- Alternate accounts are not allowed when signing up for the Closed Beta Test.
- While the game aims to be functional, developers are exempted from liability of compensation should the very rare case occur that the tester’s hardware suffers problems, damage, or malfunction due to participation.
- You are free to record gameplay footage and screenshots for personal use and developer feedback.
- You are not allowed to post content of the game nor live stream the game outside of the Closed Beta group unless explicit written permission was given prior. (Sorry…)
- You are free and encouraged to discuss impressions and opinions of the game inside and outside of the Closed Beta group. But, please please please, do not post spoilers or discuss spoilers outside of the Closed Beta group.
Failure to adhere to these will result in your removal from the Closed Beta Test and future collaborative projects by Ren Aevum. Please ensure that you are okay with these rules before signing up.

Everyone – thank you so much for sticking with me in this long journey, two years in the making. Very soon, you’ll be able to experience and celebrate a selection of the amazing talents who have lent themselves to make this game come true. I’m very grateful for all of your support, so I wanted to run this Closed Beta as a way to not leave you all hanging any longer. Looking forward to finally sharing the game with you all.
Over the next month and even past that, your voice will be very important in shaping the core essence of the game. Leaving any feedback you can give will be most appreciated, even if it’s the tiniest bit of nitpick or encouragement.
